4 Way Test Speech Competition
THE PURPOSE of the speech contest is to help youth, Rotarians, and the community-at-large to more completely understand, encourage, and foster the principles of ethical behavior, Rotary, and the objects of “Service Above Self.” It is open to all high school students in grades 9 – 12.
Prize Package: Club Awards local scholarship. District Awards the following prizes… 1st Prize: $3,500 2nd Prize: $2,000 3rd Prize: $1,500.
SUBJECT: Apply the 4-Way Test to everyday relationships with people: 1. Is it the TRUTH? 2. Is it FAIR to all concerned? 3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? 4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
